This week YouMeWe was honored to be part of the vibrant Japan Social Founders event at @Google for Startups in Tokyo! It was a truly inspiring evening, reinforcing our belief in the power of community-driven social innovation. We joined fellow founders and changemakers in exploring the realities of startup life, focusing on resilience, community building, and the transformative power of feedback ✨ We were deeply moved by the incredible stories shared by: -Sayaka Watanabe Kankolongo of @NPO法人WELgee, whose dedication to empowering refugees is creating lasting change. -Satoko Kono from @ARUN, whose vision of a society where everyone thrives resonated deeply with our own mission. -Kazuto Chuma of Ichi-High Hope, whose work with young people is making a tangible impact on their lives. Their candid accounts of overcoming obstacles and fostering impactful communities were incredibly valuable. The emphasis on the importance of collaborative support and constructive feedback truly struck a chord with YouMeWe. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to @Caroline Diehl MBE for her vision in bringing this event to fruition and @Google for Startups for their generous hosting. The event was a testament to the power of connection and shared purpose. YouMeWe is excited to continue collaborating with these remarkable individuals and organizations. #SocialImpact #Startups #Japan It was great seeing familiar faces and inspiring non-profits and social organizations in the arena: @Francis Fung @Sasha Lee Seals @NPO Mirai No Mori @Nagareyama L.E.A.D @KiFor 株式会社 @Gio Cannegieter @Bárbara Carolina Mendoza Muñiz
